សូមជូនបងប្អូនមេត្តាយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់ពាក្យលើសកម្មភាពយោធាថៃដែលបានធ្វើមកលើកម្ពុជាយើង។ស្ថានភាពដែលកើតឡើងនេះមិនមែនជា «ការប៉ះទង្គិច, ឧបទ្ទវហេតុឬការយល់ច្រឡំ»ទេ។ប៉ុន្តែវាជា «ការឈ្លានពានដោយយោធា, អំពើឈ្លានពានប្រដាប់អាវុធឬរំលោភបំពានលើអធិបតេយ្យភាពនិងបូរណភាពដែនដីកម្ពុជា»។ដូច្នេះសូមបងប្អូនជ្រាបនិងសូមប្រើប្រាស់ពាក្យទាំងនេះ

Please kindly ask everyone to pay close attention to the wording used to describe the Thai military actions carried out against Cambodia. The situation that has occurred is not a “clash,” an “incident,” or a “misunderstanding.” Rather, it constitutes a military invasion, armed aggression, and a violation of Cambodia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. Therefore, we respectfully urge everyone to recognize this reality and to use these terms accordingly.
